Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CatchMyCustomer AI phone-receptionist service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CatchMyCustomer answers calls to a business line you connect, captures caller details, and delivers a summary of each call to you by SMS and in your dashboard. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for complying with all laws applicable to your business and its calls.

2. SMS messaging program

Program: CatchMyCustomer call-summary and account notifications.

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from CatchMyCustomer, including summaries of calls to your business line and related account notifications.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Your mobile information is handled according to our Privacy Policy; we do not share mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, and not to use it to send messages to individuals without a lawful basis to contact them.

4. Fees

Fees, if any, are described at sign-up or in your order. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for any carrier charges related to messages you receive.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CatchMyCustomer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed, delayed, or misdelivered calls or messages.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
