This Privacy Policy is provided by Pardus AI LLC ("Pardus AI," "we," "us," or "our"), doing business as CatchMyCustomer. It explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the CatchMyCustomer AI phone-receptionist service (the "Service"), available at www.catchmycustomer.com. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information you provide when signing up, such as your business name, your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
Call information generated when someone calls a business line connected to the Service, such as the caller's phone number, the reason for the call, a transcript, and an AI-generated summary.
Usage and technical data such as log data and device information needed to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

To operate the Service — answering calls, generating call summaries, and delivering those summaries to you by SMS and in your dashboard.
To verify your mobile number (via a one-time passcode) and manage your account.
To provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS / text messaging

If you opt in, we send you recurring SMS text messages containing summaries of calls to your business line, along with account and service notifications. Message frequency varies based on your call volume. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and get help by replying HELP. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your information.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (for example, our telephony provider Twilio and our voice-AI provider Vapi), and only as needed to deliver the Service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others. We do not sell personal information. All of the above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent: this information will not be shared with, sold to, or otherwise provided to any third party.

5. Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use encryption in transit and at rest and access controls to protect data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your choices & deleting your data

You may access or update your account information at any time from your dashboard, or opt out of SMS by replying STOP.

To request deletion of your data, email support@catchmycustomer.com from the email address on your account. We will delete or de-identify the account and business records associated with your request, except where we are required to retain certain records for longer (for example, billing records we must keep for tax or accounting law). Deleting your account also stops all future SMS notifications.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
